How to Open a Plastic Clamshell

Clamshell packaging, a method of packaging goods for retail sale, is formed from two pieces of plastic sandwiched around a final product. Commonly made from PVC, clamshell packaging is touted by manufacturers as theft-resistant, and is thought to increase the perceived value of the end product to the consumer. Unfortunately, the same design qualities that work to prevent theft, also prevent consumers who have legitimately purchased the product from easily accessing the goods.paper packaging , corrugated boxes , injection molded packaging , clamshells , clamshell packaging
