International Paper's reopens rail tracks

       SAN FRANCISCO , Dec. 30, 2010 (RISI) - International Paper resumed rail service to its Vicksburg, MS, paper mill after a Dec. 12 freight car derailment and fire that damaged the tracks, according to press reports citing the Vickburg Post.
